  • “Client” or “You” refers to the individual or entity using our services
  • “Interior Studio,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the interior design company
  • “Services” include all interior design services, consultations, project management, and related offerings

3. Services Offered

3.1 Design Services

  • Consultation: Initial meetings to understand requirements
  • 2D/3D Design: Floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and visualizations
  • Space Planning: Functional layout and furniture arrangement
  • Custom Furniture: Bespoke furniture design and manufacturing

3.2 Project Types

  • Residential: Homes, apartments, villas, penthouses
  • Commercial: Offices, retail stores, restaurants, cafes, hotels
  • Specialized: Salons, spas, beauty parlors, clinics
  • Turnkey Projects: End-to-end execution from concept to completion

6. Fees and Payment Terms

6.2 Payment Schedule

Typical payment milestones:

  • Advance: 30-40% upon contract signing
  • Design Phase: 30% upon design approval
  • Mid-Execution: 20% at 50% project completion
  • Final Payment: 10-20% upon project completion and handover

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, drawings, 3D visualizations, and other creative works created by Interior Studio remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the specific project.

9.2 Client Usage Rights

You may:

  • Use the designs for the agreed project only
  • Share designs with contractors for execution purposes

You may not:

  • Reproduce designs for other projects
  • Sell, license, or distribute designs to third parties
  • Remove Interior Studio’s branding from deliverables

10. Warranties and Guarantees

10.2 Execution Warranty

  • Workmanship warranty: Typically 1 year from project completion
  • Defects in materials: As per manufacturer’s warranty
  • Warranty covers: Defects in workmanship, not normal wear and tear

12. Cancellation and Termination

12.1 Client Cancellation

  • Before Design Phase: Full refund minus administrative costs (10% or ₹10,000, whichever is lower)
  • During Design Phase: Refund of unused portion after deducting costs for work done
  • During Execution: Payment due for all work completed and 20% cancellation fee
